Hannah I. Higgins

Hannah grew up in Montana’s Bitterroot Valley. She attended the University of Montana in Missoula, where she received a B.A. in English and a B.A. in Spanish in 2017. In 2021, Hannah received her J.D. from the University of Montana School of Law. She also received her M.B.A. from the University of Montana College of Business the same year. While in law school, Hannah competed on the Negotiations Team for three years, was the Managing Editor of the Montana Law Review, and clerked for Williams Law Firm. During her third year of law school, Hannah completed clinical intern work with the Missoula City Attorney’s Office. Hannah was selected to be a member of The Order of The Barristers upon graduation in 2021.

Hannah’s practice includes general negligence and tort litigation, construction defect litigation, insurance coverage issues, and complex civil litigation. She is admitted to the State Bar of Montana and the U.S. District Court for the District of Montana.

When not in the office, Hannah enjoys hiking, skiing, baking, and spending time with her friends and family, especially when visiting new places or trying new things.
