Tammy Wyatt Shaw
Tammy Wyatt Shaw earned her B.S.B.A., with honors, from the University of Arkansas in 1989 and her Juris Doctorate, with high honors, from the University of Montana in 1994. Ms. Shaw has spent over 13 years representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation in Montana state and federal courts, both at the district and appellate levels, with an emphasis on personal injury and wrongful death cases, employment litigation and insurance coverage. She is admitted to the State Bar of Montana, as well as the U.S. District Court of Montana and the 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals and is “BV” rated by Martindale-Hubbell. Ms. Shaw is past president of the Western Montana Bar Association and the Missoula Food Bank. She currently serves on the Board of Trustees to the State Bar of Montana and is an active member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI). She enjoys watching the trout rise from her homes on the Bitterroot River in Montana and the Calcurrupe River near LLifén, Chile.
