Nicholas J. Pagnotta

Nicholas J. Pagnotta is a native Montanan with experience in real estate litigation, professional liability, premises liability, construction defect, and insurance coverage. He graduated from Montana State University in 2000 and attended the University of Montana School of Law where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team. During law school, Nick was a law clerk at Williams Law Firm. Following law school, Nick practiced in San Diego, California with a litigation firm for four years. He regularly appeared before the busy courts of the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. His California practice included jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals. Nick was recognized as the Outstanding Young Lawyer of the Year by the San Diego Defense Lawyers association in 2006.
