Nicholas J. Pagnotta

Nicholas J. Pagnotta is a fourth generation Montanan specializing in the civil litigation including professional liability, products liability, construction defect, insurance coverage, real estate, and personal injury. He grew up in Bozeman and Billings and graduated from Montana State University. He received his J.D. degree from University of Montana School of Law in 2003, where he was a member of the National Moot Court Team and served as a law clerk at Williams Law Firm. Following law school, Nick practiced in San Diego, California with a litigation firm for four years and returned to Montana in 2007. His practice includes jury and bench trials, arbitrations, and appeals.

Nick is a member of the Montana and California Bar Associations, Montana Defense Trial Lawyers, and Defense Research Institute (DRI). He enjoys skiing, camping, backpacking, and traveling.
