JAMES D. JOHNSON

James D. Johnson is an attorney who joined Williams Law Firm in 2004 shortly after being admitted to the bar (Montana and U.S. District Court, District of Montana). His areas of practice include personal injury, insurance law, litigation and civil appellate practice.

Jim was born in Helena, Montana and attended the University of Montana, Missoula. He received his B.A. degree in 2000 and his J.D. degree in 2004. During law school Jim was the Executive Editor of the Montana Law Review 2003-2004, the author of "State v. Reesman: Totality of the Circumstances or a Recipe for Mulligan Stew?" 65 Montana Law Review 159, 2004; "Legal Shorts: Recent Keynote Decisions Affecting the Montana Practitioner, 65 Montana Law Review 411-418, 2004.

He is also an avid outdoorsman who enjoys backpacking, rafting, and golfing in his spare time.
